This August, Women Thrive continued to make progress in building momentum for the the GROWTH Act. This August, while much of America was on vacation, Edge continued to work hard to make the GROWTH Act a reality for women in poor countries. In less than thirty days, Edge and several of its GROWTH Act partner organizations met with almost thirty congressional offices, bringing the voices of women living in poverty around the world straight to Washington. But we can't do it all alone - in order to get the GROWTH Act (which aims to spread economic opportunity to millions of women in poor countries) passed we need your support!
